Return and Refund Policy
We are always happy to help you with any problems you might have with an order.
If you want to cancel or change your order – Please contact us as soon as you possibly can. The quicker you get in touch the more chance we have of catching your order before it’s dispatched. If you e-mail us please include a daytime telephone number if possible. If you contact us before your order had been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it for you.
If the product is faulty or broken on delivery – Do not hesitate contact us. We may ask you to send us a photo of the item of the broken or faulty item. As soon as the problem has been dealt with we will send you a replacement immediately. You may not be required to send back faulty or broken items.
If you have not received your order – If you notify us that your order has not arrived we will immediately investigate until the problem is resolved.
If you want to return the items for any other reason – We will ask you to send us the item back and will refund you the amount paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the amount paid for delivery as the item was delivered and charged.
