A few important details we don’t want you to miss

We deliver our items in countries you can find in "SHIPPING" tab of a product card or the delivery choice in the basket. If you wish to deliver to another country, please contact us before you make an order. We can manage it for you.

We may be unable to accept your order, or part of your order if we face any of the following circumstances:

  • An authorisation of your payment fails
  • We made a pricing or product description error
  • You’re not eligible to order from Finoak

If at any point there is a problem with an order, you will be contacted immediately by one of our Customer Services Advisors in an effort to resolve the problem.

If you change your mind about an order or would like to cancel it, you are free to do so up to the point when it is dispatched for delivery. Our orders are usually processed immediately after they have been placed, so there is every chance that your order may already be packed and arrangements made for it to be sent. In this case, we can’t always get there in time to stop the order from being delivered: if this is the case, once you receive the order, simply return it to us.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us.

We always make every effort to deliver your goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  All goods are shipped mostly by Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Some items depend on their weight and size we ship by special courier services like UKMail, ParcelForce, DPD and Pallex. If you want to receive your items via next day delivery or would like special wrapping, please contact us so that we can deal with your specifications.

Your log in details are completely and exclusively your own, they are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. If you are concerned that any misuse might be taking place regarding your log in details or become aware of any unauthorised activity, you should contact us immediately.

We will send you three emails after your order:
1. Order Confirmation - we inform you we have received your order successfully.
2. Dispatch Confirmation - we inform you we have dispatched your order.
3. Review Invitation - we will invite you to leave your feedback regarding your purchased items about 20 days after your order.
